Golf Cart Rental

PLEASE READ BEFORE OPERATING A GOLF CART

By renting or operating a golf cart from Bomb Discs, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

IMPORTANT CART RULES

1. STAY ON THE COURSE

Golf carts must remain within the designated course/property boundaries at all times.

Carts should remain on designated cart paths as much as reasonably possible. Do not drive through restricted areas, landscaping, environmentally sensitive areas, or areas marked off-limits.

2. LUXURY CARTS — ECO MODE REQUIRED

If renting a Luxury Cart, Eco Mode must remain ON at all times.

Do not disable, override, modify, or bypass Eco Mode or any factory-installed safety or operating feature.

3. DRIVE SAFELY

Renter agrees to:

• Operate the Cart responsibly and at a safe speed.

• Obey all posted signs, course rules, and Bomb Discs staff instructions.

• Keep all passengers seated while the Cart is moving.

• Keep hands, arms, legs, and other body parts inside the Cart.

• Use seat belts where provided.

• Never race, stunt drive, jump, or operate the Cart recklessly.

• Never exceed the Cart’s passenger or weight capacity.

• Never allow an unauthorized person to operate the Cart.

• Never operate the Cart while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or any other substance.

4. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL

Outside alcohol is NOT permitted anywhere on Bomb Discs property.

Violation of this rule may result in immediate removal from the Cart, termination of the rental, loss of rental fees, removal from the property, and responsibility for any resulting damages or costs.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

I understand that riding in or operating a golf cart involves inherent risks, including but not limited to collisions, overturning or tipping, uneven or hazardous terrain, weather conditions, mechanical failure, falls, personal injury, property damage, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, and death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the rental and use of the Cart.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I accept responsibility for my own actions and the actions of my passengers and assume liability for damage or loss caused by my use or operation of the Cart, including damage to the Cart, course, turf, landscaping, buildings, vehicles, equipment, or other property.

I understand that Bomb Discs may hold me financially responsible for reasonable costs associated with damage, loss, recovery, towing, repairs, excessive cleaning, missing equipment, or misuse of the Cart caused by me or my passengers, to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Bomb Discs, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, property owners, course operators, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses arising from my voluntary use or operation of the Cart, including risks inherent in golf cart use.

This release does not apply to conduct that cannot legally be waived or released.

PAYMENT & SECURITY AUTHORIZATION

All Cart rentals must be prepaid or preauthorized before the Cart is released.

I authorize Bomb Discs to charge my payment method for applicable rental charges and, to the extent permitted by law, reasonable charges resulting from damage, loss, recovery, towing, excessive cleaning, missing equipment, or violation of this Agreement.

RULE VIOLATIONS & RENTAL TERMINATION

Bomb Discs reserves the right to immediately terminate a rental and recover the Cart if the Renter:

• Violates any Cart or property rule;

• Leaves the designated course/property area;

• Operates the Cart recklessly or unsafely;

• Disables Eco Mode on a Luxury Cart;

• Brings outside alcohol onto the property;

• Operates while impaired;

• Allows an unauthorized person to operate the Cart; or

• Refuses reasonable instructions from Bomb Discs staff.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the Cart and loss of the rental without refund.

Additional charges may apply for damage, recovery, towing, or other costs resulting from the violation.

Bomb Discs may suspend or terminate Cart use whenever weather, course conditions, equipment conditions, or other circumstances create a safety concern.

ACCIDENTS & DAMAGE

Renter must immediately notify Bomb Discs of any accident, collision, injury, property damage, or Cart malfunction.

Renter agrees to return the Cart in substantially the same condition in which it was received, excluding ordinary wear and tear.

I agree to inspect the Cart before use and report any existing damage or mechanical issues to Bomb Discs before operating the Cart.
